Cassia is Hiring a Caregiver (CNA, HHA or PCA) Near Richfield, MN

Join our award-winning campus at The Pines in Richfield as a Caregiver (CNA, HHA or PCA). We are conveniently located on the bus line and close to the Richfield Hub and local restaurants.

The Pines in Richfield, a 82-unit independent and assisted living campus, is hiring compassionate Caregivers to join our team! In this role, you will join our team of professional caregivers to become an important part of our residents’ lives. Our ideal candidate is reliable, trustworthy, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. 

There are Part Time Night (NOC) positions available working a varied schedule including working every other weekend. 

Hours: 11:00 pm - 7:30am

Pay: $18 to $21 /hour dependent on experience

What does a Caregiver do?

  • Help each resident reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence while assisting them with personal care and daily living activities.
  • Assist with treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse per individualized care plan.
  • Take and record temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse and respiration as instructed. Report changes or concerns to the nurse.
  • Document services performed on computerized charting system.
  • Observe resident and report any changes in physical and emotional condition such as change in attitude, reaction, and appetite, to the supervisor.
  • Assist the resident with personal care which may include the following: shampooing of hair, assist with showering/ bathing, fingernail and foot care, and medication administration.
  • Perform additional tasks as needed.

What does a Caregiver require?

  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Attendant (PCA) experience required.
  • A passion for geriatric care. 
  • Strong communication skills to interact with residents and staff.
  • Ability to work a consistent work schedule.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
